Lisa's Reflection

As I reflect on today (Saturday) a few words come to mind - inspiration, dedication and unconditional love. I was inspired by our St. Paul's students as they interacted with the beautiful young children from Shepherd's Field. I was inspired by their willingness to play and cuddle each and every child no matter what. I was inspired by the overwhelming dedication of the staff at Shepherd's Field as they spend every moment with these children, loving them as if they were their own.

This leads me to unconditional love.  As we have traveled through China I have been constantly reminded of God's amazing love for each of us. How we have been created by God for a purpose - each one of us unique but everyone a child of God loved by Him with unconditional love. Unconditional love that can be shared and spread to others all over the world. That is just what I witnessed today. Young students showing unconditional love to young children not because they had to but because God showed them unconditional love first.
